Year 3 - Pankhurst
Welcome to Pankhurst class page.
We are really looking forward to the Spring Term.
Our exciting new Geography topic for the first half-term is on Europe. We will be learning a lot about the human and physical features of European countries. This will link nicely with our History topic in the second term, on the Romans in Britain. In Science we will be learning about human nutrition and the human body..
In English we will be improving our narrative writing and linking this to Traditional tales. We are also really looking forward to our PE sessions which include Yoga and Hockey. In DT this term will we focus on making a healthy Pizza.
Our PE is on a Tuesday and Friday so please do not forget to wear PE kit on these days and wear kit appropriate to the weather on this day.

All about Mrs Marbrook
I love anything to do with history – especially the Tudors, Victorians and of course, everybody’s favourite, the Egyptians!
I enjoy visiting historical sites and museums and used to love watching Horrible Histories with my own children, their songs are great!!
To relax, I enjoy being in my garden, singing and playing the piano and going to concerts, especially the ones my daughter is performing in.
I also like reading and love the way it transports you away to a different place and time. My favourite books are historical novels and mysteries.
I enjoy a variety of crafts and am a big fan of recycling and ‘make do and mend’!
