Wrap Around Care
We are delighted to provide a Wrap Around Care service (Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Club) for children here at Oundle CE Primary School during periods outside normal school hours. Please click the link to the Wrap Around Care and booking guide June 2022 (1)
Michelle Neale is the supervisor and Rebecca Sowden is the deputy supervisor for the facility.
During term time we offer Breakfast Club and After School Club.
Our Breakfast Club operates between 7.45am and 8.45am from Monday to Friday during term-time and costs £4 per session. All pupils attending the club may access classrooms from 8.45am onwards. Children are offered a light breakfast (milk, cereals and toast) and we have a variety of interesting activities for them in order to give them a fun and relaxing start to their school day.
Our After School Club operates operates from the end of the school day at 3.30pm until 6pm Monday to Friday. The cost is £4 per hour and all children are offered a snack. After School Club aims to support the children with their homework.
Our Holiday Club runs on school inset days from 8am to 6pm and is £4.00 per hour. Booking is via Iris ParentMail using the Holiday Club tab. Bookings for Holiday Club (inset days) can be made via Iris ParentMail in advance and it is possible to make or amend bookings up to 4 days prior to the session. Once bookings have closed, due to the 4 day cut off deadline, you can phone or e-mail outofschoolclub@oundle.pdet.org.uk to check availability.

Booking Sessions
Parents use Iris ParentMail to book wrap around care places. Iris ParentMail is the schools communications and payments system and is app and web based this allowing parents/guardians to access their accounts via a smart device. Once a child has joined the school access will be provided to Iris ParentMail. The Wrap Around Care system operates on a prepayment basis, thus your account must be in credit to book sessions. Bookings for Breakfast Club and After-School Club can be made in advance (please see the policy and booking guide).
If paying via Childcare Vouchers, please e-mail us to confirm which Childcare Voucher provider is being used. Childcare Vouchers will be paid by your provider into the school bank account. Childcare Vouchers are credited to the Iris ParentMail account once a week during term time only. Please ensure that your voucher provider quotes your childs’ name as the payment reference.
If your child needs to take medication whilst attending Wrap Around Care, please ensure that the relevant Medicines permission form has been completed and returned.
